Bonjour Paree! Vive La France Profonde!
French Kitchen in America is on vacation in France for 16 days. We will try to catch up with you from Paris, but our tiny village on the old wine route is not wired for Internet.
We are already having lovely weather and a great time. We take the train to Cahors on Saturday.
It seems I can post here, but none of my email is going out. We have wireless in our hotel near the Gare de Lyon.
We spent time in the Places de Vosges yesterday, and ate huge salads and shared a tarte aux pommes and a bottle of Cote du Rhone at a cafe near the gare.

Mimi, I look forward to hearing all about your trip, what you see, cook and taste. Bon voyage. :)
Thanks, Trish! I hope to get enough pix and ideas for a month of so of good posts.
Thanks, Eileen! I have a lot of good recipes to try, all stashed away on my trusty MacBook Pro.
Hope your trip is wonderful!
