You know, I always associated bees with France, but it was not until I spend time in the French countryside that I saw how plentiful they are. We have them — huge ones — but we seem to have more wasps (at least in Wisconsin).<BR/><BR/>They are good knives — and you know I've got some really old steak knives from my mother, too — from her own wedding! It's funny...So why DO they put bees on the knives? It's funny - most insects on my china or flatware would kind of repulse me - but not bees. They must seem cleaner or more charming somehow.
