Bread of the Month: Parmesan-Olive Bread with Herbs

Every once in a while, it's good to take a break from the kitchen to rekindle the flame, so to speak.



Luckily, my husband made supper the other night and we are still living on leftovers so I can take a break. Early Saturday I headed out to the farm market for onions, carrots and bread.

This month's loaf - I won a loaf a month in a drawing - is Parmesan-Olive-Herb. Very flavorful, it paired well with ham and cream cheese for lunch.

This is last month's loaf and this is what became of it.
